The latest version of the Tixeo application (V 16.5) integrates new features to simplify accessibility to video conferences and offers a redesigned graphical interface improving the user experience.
Access your meetings from a web browser
Tixeo now includes a web access to easily and quickly join video conference meetings. This access mode is configurable by the video conference organizer during the planning phase according to the confidentiality level of the exchanges.
Tixeo now includes a web access to easily and quickly join video conference meetings. This access mode is configurable by the video conference organizer during the planning phase according to the confidentiality level of the exchanges. Web access means a standard security level in addition to the high security level (ANSSI certified and qualified) that is set by default for Tixeo meetings. It will be up to the organizer to define the level of confidentiality he wants to activate, depending on the content of the exchanges:
- the high security level, which remains the “default” mode requires attendees to download the Tixeo software and create credentials, or
- the new standard security level, allowing attendees to access the meeting directly via the web without having to download the software and login**.

**Web access includes only a part of the collaboration features integrated to the Tixeo solution and available through the application.
It is during the planning stage of a meeting that the organiser can activate the standard security level.
Attend a video conference without having to create a user account
Another new feature: join a video conference without having to create a personal account. Attendees simply enter their personal meeting ID and confidential PIN code received in the invitation email: they then join the meeting directly from their web browser or the Tixeo application (on computer or mobile).
Access to secured video conferences with security and privacy: our priority
For our more security-conscious customers, this does not change anything: these new features do not affect the confidentiality of their communication.
Users will be able to continue to organize their meetings with the high level of security (certified and qualified by ANSSI*) included in all our offers and activated by default during the meeting organization phase.
What about the administrator? For a total control of the privacy of the meetings organized by the collaborators of your organization, it is possible to deactivate this function. Meetings can then only be organized in high security level with the obligation for all users to install the Tixeo application.

The feature to activate the standard security level (including web access) is included in TixeoCloud Premium. It is optional in TixeoPrivateCloud and TixeoServer.
