	1st step: Your online meetings Click on an available online meeting
2nd step: Enter the online meeting Download, install of the plug-in (only on first time) and connection to the meeting are automated. This system works on main web browsers Mozilla, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera and Netscape and does not require any administrator rights.
	Last step: You are in the virtual meeting room.

Organize an online meeting:

	1st step to organize an online meeting General settings for the online meeting (date, hour, subject, comments...).
2nd step to organize an online meeting Invite participants.
	3rd step to organize an online meeting Choose a meeting room.
Last step to organize an online meeting Online meeting is submitted, WorkSpace3D automatically sends an invitation emails to all participants, with a link to join the online meeting.
